Let me introduce myself. My name is Steven L. Reeves. I grew up in a family owned construction buisness. We built houses, duplexes, apartments and light commercial strip centers. I have over 32 years experience in the constuction field. I have approximately 15 years in Residential construction and 17+ years in commerical construction. Your real estate property is probably the most important investment you will make and you should have confidence in who does your inspection. I feel I can take away any fears, doubts or worries that you may have concerning the real estate property you may purchase.
